GoEngineer is seeking a Senior Application Engineer with established additive manufacturing experience to independently lead complex applications and act as a trusted technical advisor. You will own engagements from discovery through successful customer outcomes and mentor the broader technical team to elevate capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant application engineering or customer-facing manufacturing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with additive manufacturing and 3D printing workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer-facing engagements and communicate with engineering and operations audiences.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and driving projects end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and work in a hands-on lab environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex customer applications and technical engagements with independence.
• Own the technical customer journey from discovery through validation and training.
• Partner with sales on opportunities by providing industry and application expertise.
• Serve as escalation resource for engineers and customers on difficult issues.
• Develop and maintain expertise in AM processes, materials, and digital manufacturing.
• Mentor Application Engineers through guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver demonstrations, benchmarks, training, and technical presentations.
• Identify opportunities for technical or team-development projects and lead them.
• Improve internal best practices, documentation, workflows, and resources.
• Collaborate with technology partners to resolve challenges and strengthen expertise.
• Represent GoEngineer at customer sites, partner engagements, and events.
