Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical subsidiary, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III to join the Additive Manufacturing Team. You will interface with customers, engineering, quality, and operations to move projects from concept to product realization, coordinating pre-production meetings and process development.

You will lead manufacturing process design, troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and mentor less experienced engineers while aligning with ISO 9001, 13485, GMPs, and GDPR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or other Engineering science.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage project milestones; update internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop manufacturing models, prints, routings, and work instructions.
• Support processes from quoted design to product realization and shipment.
• Troubleshoot and drive improvements for scrap, cycle time, and quality.
