Job summary

Ford seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead ADAS embedded software initiatives across multiple vehicle platforms. You will guide a team of TPMs, coordinate with Systems, Software, Suppliers and Quality, and drive roadmaps and delivery plans using modern software practices.

You will implement rigorous milestone management, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting while promoting agile processes and close collaboration with Tier 1/2 suppliers. Hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of product development experience (hardware, software, and/or services).
• 3+ years leading a team of engineers or technical program managers.
• Expertise with JIRA and modern work management tools.
• Expertise with embedded software development and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, prioritize, plan, and deliver major ADAS software initiatives across Ford platforms.
• Lead TPM team and align with Systems, Software, Suppliers, Manufacturing, V&V, Platform, and Quality.
• Drive roadmaps, schedules, and resourcing for ADAS to meet commitments.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Present project status to leadership and conduct executive reviews.
