Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical / ADAS calibration experience.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive technologies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• History working well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team’s daily work quality and output.
• Ensure OEM-specified service procedures are followed.
• Work with team members to understand requirements.
• Ensure efficient utilization of staff and tools.
• Write and speak clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Inspire, coach, and provide technical support to the team.
