Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical / ADAS calibration experience, capable of diagnosing complex issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Referenceable track record in supporting demanding customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work quality and output of the team.
• Ensure consistency in following OEM service procedures.
• Collaborate with Kinetic team and clients to improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage efficient utilization of resources to maximize calibration volume.
• Provide technical support and coaching to ADAS technicians.

Skills

Technical / ADAS calibration experience

Automotive technologies knowledge

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot

Skills with ADAS calibration tools

Experience with multiple OE diagnostic tools

Experience in autobody collision repair

Valid driver's license

Education

Automotive-related degrees or certifications
