A leading scientific consulting firm is seeking a Senior Managing Engineer for their Vehicle Engineering Practice in Farmington Hills, MI. This role involves managing consulting projects related to advanced driver assistance systems and automated vehicles. The successful candidate will develop client relationships, generate new business, and mentor junior staff. Ideal candidates have a Master’s or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with over 8 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ADAS and/or automated vehicles.
• Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Field/lab measurement experience with good hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and grow the Vehicle Engineering Practice.
• Conduct project and cost management on casework.
