Job summary

Lucid Motors is hiring for an experienced ADAS/Autonomy Engineer in Michigan. You will own feature definitions, requirements, and verification across perception, localization, planning, controls, and embedded software.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end autonomous driving capabilities and safety-compliant behavior, focusing on L2++ and contributing to L4 development. The role demands hands-on software integration, data analysis, and a strong understanding of safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Hands-on ownership of ADAS/automated driving or safety-critical vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems definition and delivery of driving features with clear acceptance criteria.
• Decompose objectives into functional, performance, and safety requirements with traceability.
• Develop architectures, state machines, and interface specs; evaluate sensors, compute, latency.
