Job summary

ConnectWise seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to own Workday Adaptive Planning administration and lead headcount forecasting organization-wide. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver accurate budgets and long-range plans.

Approximate focus: 60% Adaptive Planning administration, 40% headcount forecasting and cost analysis. Strong Excel, ERP, and BI tooling experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience including headcount and personnel cost forecasting.
• 3+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning administration and model-building.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning reporting tools and OfficeConnect.
• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning and act as SME for the organization.
• Own model architecture, including levels, dimensions, attributes, versions, sheets, formulas.
• Lead Adaptive planning for headcount and workforce planning end-to-end.
• Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and license administration.
• Integrate Adaptive Planning with ERP/HRIS/HCM/payroll data and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer planning cycles, version management, locks, and calendars.
• Design, test, and deploy model enhancements with change control.
• Audit and reconcile data between Adaptive Planning and source systems.
• Provide training and day-to-day support for budget owners and FP&A users.
• Evaluate new Adaptive Planning features and improve reporting capabilities.
• Support management reporting including monthly packages, OfficeConnect reports, and dashboards.
• Own headcount forecast governance and approval controls.
