Job summary

Adelaide is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the technical execution of AU measurement for our most complex client accounts. You will debug live trackers, run kickoff calls, and shape how the TAM team operates.

In this remote-friendly role, you’ll manage ad operations, troubleshoot tags, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale our measurement solutions across Fortune 50 clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ad operations, ad measurement, or programmatic advertising.
• Strong JavaScript and HTML familiarity for working with ad tags and tracking pixels.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and QA live trackers and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Managing Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide advertiser and publisher campaigns, including tag generation and measurement fidelity.
• Troubleshooting and QA for live trackers; define processes to automate this workflow with Product & Engineering teams.
• Own integrations with new publishers and partners; debug JavaScript/HTML as needed.
• Analyze granular measurement data to improve tracker development and implementation.
• Use Excel and Looker to explore, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
• Serve as escalation point for TAMs on complex measurement issues and share knowledge.
