Job summary

Amazon Publisher Services (APS) seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to drive customer success for a service at the intersection of advertising, data collaboration, and cloud services. You will own publisher integrations, advocate for customers, and influence across product, engineering, and business development teams.

In this role you will help scale integrations, produce technical documentation, and guide trade-offs between long-term and short-term opportunities to benefit customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture, software development or ad ops at top-tier programmatic bidders (SSPs or DSPs).
• 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with browser debugging tools such as Chrome Dev Tools, Charles Proxy or Wireshark.
• 5+ years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Responsibilities

• Own overall technical responsibility for publisher customer integrations including on-boarding, troubleshooting and scaling
• Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with product, engineering and business development to craft solutions that deliver clear value
• Drive excellence in execution and operations within APS, across partner teams within Amazon Advertising and across Amazon Divisions
• Analyze long-term vs. short-term opportunities and recommend the right trade-offs that will ultimately benefit our customers
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation to simplify and scale integrations
