Job summary

Genius Sports is seeking a senior sales professional to own and grow a high-impact book with holding-company agencies and brand clients in the United States. You will source, lead, and close multi-million dollar deals, coordinating discovery, ideation, pitches, negotiations, and contracting.

You will build and manage a robust pipeline at 3x+ coverage, maintain accurate CRM records, and translate our Moments framework into compelling narratives for planners and media buyers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of selling advertising, ad-tech, or media to agencies.
• Track record of closing six- and seven-figure agency deals.
• Strong, current relationships at holding-company agencies.
• Fluency in modern media stack: CTV, programmatic, social, addressable, attention/measurement, and agency P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed an individual quota across holding-company agency and brand-client portfolio.
• Source, lead, and close deals; conduct discovery, ideation, pitch, negotiation, and contracting.
• Maintain a pipeline at 3x+ coverage; keep CRM accurate and current.
• Translate Moments framework into clear narratives for planners and buyers to pitch.
