Qualifications

• 8+ years of media, advertising, or sponsorship sales experience.
• Experience selling integrated, cross-platform marketing solutions.
• Proven success in high-performing sales teams.
• Exceptional executive presence with presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with forecasting and budget planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights.
• Knowledge of today's advertising ecosystem across TV, digital, streaming, and sponsorships.
• Experience partnering with national advertisers and media agencies.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue across a portfolio of clients by expanding existing partnerships.
• Create and deliver strategic proposals aligning client objectives with TMZ's cross-platform capabilities.
• Drive advertising sales across TMZ's social media portfolio with integrated opportunities.
• Serve as lead strategic contact for key accounts with senior decision-makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Develop innovative sales strategies using audience insights and assets.
• Collaborate with regional sales offices to coordinate multi-market strategies.
• Deliver executive-level presentations of recommendations and performance.
