Job summary

Amazon's Advertising Trust Policy & Integrity team seeks a senior policy professional to develop and manage policy sets, assess risk, and communicate findings to senior leadership. You will craft business requirements for product teams and collaborate across Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy and other units.

You will handle high-risk escalations, learn Amazon's ad tech infrastructure, and shape customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring
• Deliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance
• Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units
• Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams
• Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy development

Education
