Amazon Advertising Trust Policy & Integrity team is seeking a policy-focused professional to shape global ad policies across all ad products. You will work with Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, and Public Policy to balance customer experience with advertiser needs.

Responsibilities include developing policy sets from concept to implementation, presenting risk analyses to senior leadership, and guiding product teams to ensure policy compliance while managing high-risk escalations.

• Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development)
• Experience in public policy

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring
• Deliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance
• Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units
• Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams
• Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy development

A day in the life

As a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon's business lines to shape customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising. Our team combines extensive online advertising experience with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. We seek innovative, customer-obsessed individuals who think deeply about complex challenges.

About The Team

The Ad policy team owns global ad policies across all Ad products and Amazon Publishers. This dynamic team is an integral part of how we support Amazon Advertising and as such has touch points across multiple areas of our business. We make a customer impact with every ad we serve and pride ourselves on doing so with a customer centric focus.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development)
