Job summary

Amazon Advertising's Trust Policy & Integrity team is seeking experienced policy professionals to shape global ad policy and safeguard brand integrity. You will develop comprehensive policy sets and present risk assessments to senior leadership, while coordinating with Sales, Legal, PR, and other teams to ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Law, Political Science, Public Policy).
• Experience in public policy and policy development is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring.
• Deliver risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Foster collaboration across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other units.
• Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations with moderation and support teams.
• Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems to guide policy development.
