Amazon is seeking a Senior Ad Policy Manager to lead the Advertising Trust Policy & Integrity function in San Francisco. You will shape global ad policies, assess risks, and prepare clear written briefs for senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance across products and partners.

You will own policy development from concept to implementation, manage high-risk escalations, and build strong relationships with Legal, Public Policy, Sales and other

Competenze

Masters or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economics).
Experience in public policy is preferred.

Mansioni

Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets from concept to implementation.
Deliver risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders.
Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance.
Foster collaboration across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other units.
Manage high-risk escalations with moderation and support teams.
Develop deep understanding of Amazon's ad tech systems to guide policy development.
