Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Specialist to own marketplace campaigns—from booking to launch and delivery. You will manage campaigns in your vertical, seasonal pushes, and self-serve efforts, collaborating with Customer Success, BD, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

You’ll ensure campaigns go live on time and deliver impact, monitor pacing, and drive continuous improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years of operations-focused experience in program, project, or marketplace operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work; comfortable with vibe coding fixes.
• Experience learning new tools quickly and teaching others.

Responsabilidades

• Own the inventory booking tool and flag utilization gaps as campaigns launch.
• Build campaigns in our CMS and Braze, including pages from design specs and AB testing setup.
• Launch campaigns with QA, coordinating with CS, Product, Engineering and Marketing.
• Monitor pacing, flag risks early, and work with Insights on tests and budgets.
• Run post-campaign reviews and document learnings; use AI to improve the booking tool and calendar.
