Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with interprofessional team, patient, family, and care partners.
• Performs designated direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Performs broader range of patient care activities within scope and training.
• Applies critical thinking to changes in patient condition and escalates as needed.
• Supports patient safety by adhering to protocols and identifying risks.
• Assists in coordinating care activities and patient throughput.
• Maintains certifications and competencies and supports onboarding of team members.
