Capax RM is partnering with a leading Acumatica and Sage VAR, with over 40 years in the market and are looking for a Senior Acumatica Project Manager.

This will require managing complex ERP implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients across the US.

You'll work alongside senior consultants, own multiple concurrent projects, and play a key role in delivery quality, client management, commercial oversight, and operational improvement.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead full lifecycle Acumatica ERP implementations - as a PM.
• Manage a portfolio of 5-8 concurrent projects.
• Drive scope management, delivery governance, and project profitability.
• Partner directly with consultants and client stakeholders, including C-suite leadership.
• Monitor project burn rates, forecasting, margins, and resource allocation.
• Identify delivery risks early and build mitigation plans before issues escalated.
• Create executive-level reporting using tools like Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Run retrospectives and improve internal delivery standards across the PM function.
