Job summary
Capax RM is partnering with an established Acumatica partner to hire an Acumatica Support Consultant. This is a consultative, customer-facing role spanning the full lifecycle of client journeys from implementation through post-go-live.
You will work across multiple customers and projects, translating business requirements into effective Acumatica solutions, advising on process optimization, and helping shape long-term roadmaps in a truly collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Acumatica ERP experience across implementation, consulting, and/or support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective Acumatica solutions.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and a consultative mindset.
- Experience improving or redesigning existing ERP solutions.
- Comfortable adapting across different customers, industries, and project types.
Responsibilities
- Lead Acumatica implementation phases from requirements to delivery.
- Act as trusted advisor post-go-live, beyond basic support.
- Redesign and improve Acumatica solutions as client needs evolve.
- Identify process optimization opportunities within Acumatica.
- Support long-term Acumatica roadmap across multiple customers and projects.
