Responsibilities

• Lead development of financial models for VBC arrangements including shared savings/risk, capitation, bundled payments, and carve-outs.
• Analyze claims and vendor performance data to establish baselines and trends.
• Support negotiations with external vendors on financial terms and analytical methodologies.
• Communicate complex findings to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and ensure analytic soundness and feasibility.
• Identify issues in vendor contracts and drive analytical solutions.
• Work with Medicare/Marketplace and Medicaid teams to assess policy impact on trends and contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities.
