Job summary

Kinetic, a remote-first workers’ comp tech company headquartered in New York City, is seeking an experienced actuary to own pricing analysis and portfolio monitoring within our Actuarial & Analytics team.

You will lead end-to-end pricing models, validate outputs, and present insights to underwriting leadership. ACAS is required (or near-credential). 5–10 years P&C actuarial experience and US work authorization are expected; domestic travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• ACAS required or near-credential with exams in progress.
• 5–10 years actuarial experience in P&C.
• Experience in MGA, insurtech, or specialty carrier preferred.
• Proven ability to present actuarial findings to underwriting, finance, or carrier partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis for new and renewal business.
• Own end-to-end pricing models and validation.
• Prepare carrier-facing reports and bordereaux.
• Monitor portfolio trends and flag deterioration.
