MassMutual seeks an experienced Actuary/Product Manager to join the Stable Value team in Boston, MA or Springfield, MA. The role blends product management, pricing, underwriting and risk analysis to support institutional clients and intermediaries.

Ideal candidates bring actuarial credentials, extensive stable value experience, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The position offers broad interaction with internal partners and external clients in a dynamic business setting.

Formación

• ASA or FSA certification required.
• 8+ years of related experience in financial services.
• 4+ years of stable value experience.
• 1+ year of synthetic GIC product/contract/risk experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review and decide on plan underwriting information for new sales opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement client stable value contract modification requests with legal as needed.
• Lead and contribute to product changes and new offerings including pricing, contracts, filing, and risk assessment.
• Review stable value investment portfolios and build pricing/risk models.
• Determine new business and in-force crediting rates for stable value contracts.
• Analyze risks and underwriting considerations and participate in contract negotiations.
• Perform experience studies and set financial and actuarial assumptions.
• Present complex analyses to executive management and stakeholders.
• Solicit and analyze competitive data and inform ongoing strategy.
