Qualifications

• ASA or FSA certification required.
• 8+ years of related experience in financial services.
• 4+ years of stable value experience.
• 1+ year of synthetic GIC product/contract/risk experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and decide on plan underwriting information for new sales opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement client stable value contract modification requests with legal as needed.
• Lead and contribute to product changes and new offerings including pricing, contracts, filing, and risk assessment.
• Review stable value investment portfolios and build pricing/risk models.
• Determine new business and in-force crediting rates for stable value contracts.
• Analyze risks and underwriting considerations and participate in contract negotiations.
• Perform experience studies and set financial and actuarial assumptions.
• Present complex analyses to executive management and stakeholders.
• Solicit and analyze competitive data and inform ongoing strategy.
