Qualifications

• 10+ years minimum health actuarial experience
• 5+ years Medicaid actuarial experience
• Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, MAAA)
• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams and large projects

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of actuaries, analysts, clinicians and health policy consultants on rate-setting and actuarial projects
• Define and manage project scope with clients and ensure compliance with federal regulations and actuarial standards
• Develop rate-setting assumptions for actuarial models and provide ongoing guidance
• Draft project communications and sign rate certifications and actuarial opinions
