Qualifications

• 6+ years actuarial experience.
• FSA designation with a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Experience in understanding and optimizing work processes.
• Ability to plan and prioritize time to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Tableau for communicating insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and implement new reinsurance arrangements from RFP to launch.
• Analyze inforce reinsurance to shape strategic relationships with reinsurers.
• Provide insights to senior management on reinsurance transactions.
• Support quarterly reinsurance reporting and end-to-end modeling.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product design and others on reinsurance needs.
• Identify, assess, and communicate reinsurance risks across the org.
• Lead analysis of reinsurance business insights and key risks.
• Guide junior actuarial modelers or analysts in evaluating cash flow projections.
