Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Senior Actuary to lead fixed annuity valuation and Bermuda regulatory reporting. The role emphasizes delivering accurate results, driving process improvements, and providing actuarial guidance across strategic initiatives.

The position is on-site four days a week with some relocation assistance if needed. Ideal candidates hold an FSA with 4+ years of actuarial experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in actuarial valuation

• Experience with actuarial valuation and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and annual valuation and financial reporting for fixed annuities.
• Analyze results and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate responses to auditors, regulators, and rating agencies.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support Model Risk Management initiatives and governance.
• Develop valuation databases and reporting tools.
• Provide technical guidance and peer review within the team.
