Job summary

American National is building a versatile actuarial bench to support enterprise initiatives across the organization. This hands-on role requires adaptability, owning complex work from inception to delivery, and serving as an extension of senior actuarial leadership.

You will contribute to pricing, valuation, VM-22, ALM and other actuarial areas, balancing cross-functional collaboration with independent, defensible analysis and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
• ASA required (progress toward FSA or equivalent preferred).
• Strong technical actuarial background with modeling, analytics and financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial support across pricing, valuation, ALM and financial reporting.
• Deliver on-demand analyses for experience studies, earnings analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders while maintaining independence and accuracy.
