Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience.
- Fellowship accreditation (FCAS) is expected.
Responsibilities
- Provides actuarial guidance and business insights for Large Casualty pricing.
- Influences pricing strategy through analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develops and implements pricing strategies; drives product innovation.
- Monitors profitability and trends; shares results with recommendations.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop actuarial policies and goals.
- Stays current with actuarial trends and industry developments.
- Produces technical analyses and delivers presentations to senior management.
