Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced actuarial leader to oversee enterprise valuation and financial reporting. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an FSA with deep technical expertise, strong people leadership skills, and a strategic perspective on valuation, reporting, and model governance.

Reporting to the Chief Actuary, you will lead quarter-end GAAP and Statutory valuation processes, ensure reporting accuracy and control integrity, and manage a team of actuaries. You will also play a key role in strengthening model governance and advancing the organization’s modeling environment as part of a broader actuarial modernization strategy.

Ideal Background

• FSA designation with 8–15 years of valuation/reporting experience.

• Experience in Prophet, AXIS, or MG-ALFA; advanced Excel required; SQL/Python a plus.
