Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience, with reserving or pricing exposure.
• Experience with Reserving software (ResQ) is a plus.
• Strong data visualization and the ability to tell a story with data.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data and develop actuarial projections.
• Make reasonable recommendations for reserves across lines of business.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify emerging trends and their impact on claims data.
• Collaborate across Pricing, Product, FP&A, and Claims to share insights and inform decisions.
