Qualifications

• ACAS or near ACAS; 5+ Casualty Actuarial Society exams required.
• 4+ years of experience in actuarial or data science roles; exposure to advanced ratemaking and/or reserving a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Programming skills in R; SQL useful.

Responsibilities

• Support a reserving framework for insurance using standard actuarial techniques and advanced modeling.
• Lead, develop, and communicate advanced analytics to Management and Senior Leadership.
• Foster innovation within the team and across the broader organization.
• Work collaboratively in product development, pricing, and reserving processes.
• Develop reserve indications, produce reserve ranges, and perform advanced analytics.
