Qualifications

• ACAS or near ACAS; 5+ Casualty Actuarial Society exams completed.
• 4+ years of actuarial experience; familiarity with ratemaking and/or reserving.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Programming skills in SQL, R, and Python.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Support a robust pricing and/or reserving framework for insurance.
• Lead, develop, and communicate advanced analytics to Management and Senior Leadership.
• Foster innovation within the team and across the broader organization.
• Work collaboratively as a part of the product development, pricing, and/or reserving processes.
• Develop rate and/or reserve indications, segmentation analyses, and predictive models.
• Support development of themselves and other associates in an actuarial capacity.
