Qualifications

• ACAS or near ACAS with 5+ Casualty Society exams
• 4+ years actuarial experience; exposure to ratemaking/reserving a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt to change and adjust priorities quickly
• High problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
• Programming skills in SQL/R/python
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis

Responsibilities

• Support pricing and/or reserving framework using standard actuarial techniques and advanced modeling
• Lead, develop, and communicate advanced analytics to Management and Senior Leadership
• Foster innovation within the team and broader organization
• Collaborate across product development, pricing, and reserving processes
• Develop rate and reserve indications, segmentation analyses, and predictive models
• Mentor and develop junior actuarial staff as needed
