Job summary

Qualifications

• ACAS or near ACAS; 5+ Casualty Actuarial Society exams required
• 4+ years of actuarial experience; exposure to ratemaking and/or reserving a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Programming skills in SQL/R/Python
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Support pricing and/or reserving frameworks using standard actuarial techniques and advanced modeling
• Lead, develop, and communicate advanced analytics to management and leadership
• Foster innovation within the team and across the organization
• Collaborate with product development, pricing, and reserving processes
• Develop rate/reserve indications and predictive models
• Mentor and develop junior actuarial staff
