Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• Completion of at least 4 CAS examinations.
• Minimum 3 years actuarial experience, with 2+ years in P&C.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data for pricing, loss reserving, product development, and capital management.
• Lead rate review analyses and present findings to underwriting leadership.
• Prepare rate filing support for WC and other lines; respond to inquiries.
• Oversee rate filings; monitor schedules and quality of filings.
• Develop and update management reporting metrics and new tools.
• Combine data from multiple sources for financial data calls and reports.
• Oversee premium and loss projection processes and communicate results.
• Perform quarterly reserve analyses and identify loss drivers.
• Mentor and guide analysts and interns; collaborate across departments.
