Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of actuarial experience and progress toward ASA, with strong SQL skills.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of actuarial experience.
- Completed 5 or more exams toward ASA.
- ASA or more exams toward ASA may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Supports pharmacy trend and hot spot analysis.
- Evaluates moderately complex trend analysis.
- Monitors and forecasts pharmacy profitability.
- Provides actuarial support for corporate pharmacy initiatives.
- Performs pricing research projects, including experience and trend analyses, book of business studies, vendor analyses, etc.
- Monitors industry news to stay competitively positioned.
- Reviews advanced data analytic methods and identifies process improvements.
- Participates in requirements gathering for corporate projects and proposes analytical approaches.
- Manages moderate/high complexity projects.
- Is a participant in the Actuarial Development Program.
