Job summary

Great Lakes Integrated Network IPA seeks a Senior Actuarial Analyst to apply actuarial principles and statistical modeling to value-based reimbursement programs and contract performance. You will develop predictive models and forecasts to support enterprise financial planning and decision-making.

The role partners with finance, analytics, contracting, and leadership to validate methodologies, assess risk, and enhance reimbursement strategies across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 3 years as an actuarial analyst in health insurance or value-based care.
• Successful completion of two SOA exams.

Responsibilities

• Develop actuarial models to support reimbursement strategies and risk-sharing.
• Design and maintain predictive financial models for costs and incentives.
• Analyze utilization, claims, and financial data to identify trends and risk.
• Support provider and payer contract negotiations with financial scenarios.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and contribute to planning and growth.
