Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services to lead engagement teams and advise senior client stakeholders in the US life/health/annuity space. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant actuarial experience, incl. leading people and/or complex projects.
• Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or com­parable credential and depth.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex actuarial advisory engagements from scope through delivery, balancing quality, commercial outcomes, risk and budget.
• Advise chief actuaries, controllers and finance leaders, translating complex issues into clear, practical recommendations.
• Bring depth in one or more areas — such as modeling, actuarial audit, financial and regulatory reporting, transformation, product strategy, reinsurance or capital management — and grow into others over time.
• Lead, coach and develop diverse teams, and serve as a counselor invested in others' growth.
• Build client relationships, help originate new work, and shape how we apply AI and new technology to deliver better outcomes.
