EY’s IAAS Health team seeks an experienced Senior Actuary to lead health actuarial engagements and deliver innovative solutions. You will work directly with clients, mentor analysts, and reshape actuarial work using AI and automation in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of actuarial experience.
• ASA with Fellowship (FSA) pursuit in Group/Health focus.
• At least 2 years of Excel, SAS, VBA and/or C++ experience.
• Proven ability to manage time across multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Claim liability estimation (reserving).
• Assumption setting and review for health actuarial balances.
• Actuarial opinion and regulatory services.
• Actuarial process redesign and software integration.
• Data visualization.
• Ad hoc financial reporting advice.
• You’ll mentor junior colleagues and grow leadership responsibilities.
