Qualifications

• Sixteen years of age (min).
• Must be English literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, and engage residents in crafts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates daily events and programming for residents.
• Performs one-on-one interaction to enhance quality of life.
• Implements Plan of Care and supports activity participation.
