Job summary

Wise & Healthy Aging in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an energetic Activity Leader to support the Adult Day Service Center. You will lead engaging activities, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain client safety and well-being.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a compassionate approach to older adults, including those with memory loss. A CNA is preferred and a HS diploma is required. Benefits include health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required; some college is preferred.
• A CNA certificate is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with older adults, including those with memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and engage elderly clients in the ADSC.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including eating and personal care.
• Support safe arrival, attendance, and departure of clients.
• Monitor intake, hydration, and health changes; report to supervisor.
