Goldwater Care in Gibson City, IL is seeking an Activity Director responsible for creating an ongoing program of activities to meet residents' interests and overall well-being, based on thorough assessments.

The role includes planning a monthly calendar, supervising Activity Aides, documenting MDS progress, and collaborating with the Administrator on the activity budget, including funding strategies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an Activity Directors training course.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a social or recreational program.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and plan activities.
• Prepare, plan and coordinate a monthly calendar of activities.
• Oversight of Activity Aides.
• Properly document MDS reports and progress notes.
• Participate with the Administrator in developing the activity budget, including creatively sourcing funds.
