Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement individualized participant care plans.
• Plan and offer varied programs to maximize participants' abilities.
• Consult with the supervisor regarding participant care plans.

Skills

Experience in recreational or educational programs

Ability to work with the elderly

Fluency in English

Team collaboration skills

Education

36 hours of training for activity leadership or equivalent qualifications
