Job summary

Bupa in the United States is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to enliven life for residents in our care home. You will run morning and afternoon activity sessions, tailor programs to residents, and help create a vibrant, inclusive daily routine that respects independence and choice.

You’ll manage the activity planner within a set budget, organise events and outings, and liaise with community performers.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ability to manage budgets and paperwork.
• Interest in caring for others with community engagement.
• Able to motivate colleagues and coordinate events.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions tailored to residents.
• Produce and update activity planner within budget.
• Support residents and encourage participation in activities.
• Organise birthdays and plan days out with external partners.
• Update care plans and activity notes; manage emails.
• Support home social media as required.
