Leominster Care Home in Leominster, Herefordshire, part of Bupa, is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to run weekend activity sessions and support residents with engaging social activities. This role involves planning, budgeting, and coordinating with community performers to enrich residents’ lives.

The position is permanent, part-time (8 hours per week) with every other weekend shifts from 11:00 to 15:00, including mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Running a morning and afternoon activity session tailored to residents.

Responsibilities

• Running a morning and afternoon activity session for residents.
• Producing and updating an activity planner within budget.
• Supporting residents to partake in activities and encouraging engagement.
• Organising birthday surprises and coordinating events and days out.
• Liaising with external providers for days out/events at the home.
• Updating paperwork, care plans, activity notes and emails.
• Supporting home social media channels as required.
