Bristol Glen, a United Methodist Communities community in Newton, NJ, seeks a Full-time Activities Assistant to help residents stay active, connected, and engaged each day. Plan and lead events, encourage participation, and assist with transportation to campus activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities, events, and programs that residents genuinely look forward to.
• Encourage resident participation and help run recreational and social programs.
• Safely transport residents to on-site and community activities and outings.
• Track attendance and participation so no resident gets left out.
• Build relationships with local organizations to bring new experiences to campus.
• Keep activity supplies and materials stocked and ready to go.
• Share input with the care team on resident goals and well-being.
