Job summary

United Methodist Communities is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant for Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ. This evening shift role offers a shift differential and a path to meaningful, steady hours in a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily care, following care plans, and documenting visits to ensure smooth transitions between shifts. NJ CNA certification is required; prior assisted living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required).
• Preferred: Experience in assisted living or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Follow each resident's care plan and document visits for the next shift.
• Make regular rounds to check in on residents during your shift.
• Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment.
• Build relationships with residents and work as part of the care team.
