The ideal candidate will manage IT, cyber, and systems engineering contracts, draft legally sufficient documents, lead acquisition lifecycle activities, and collaborate with HCA and CPMs. TS//SCI clearance with poly required.

The Senior Acquisition Consultant will advise and assist our government client with contract development and management activities to include contract and agreement structuring and planning, maintenance, and status/reporting in accordance with FAR and DFAR to ensure the Rapid Develop and Innovation Division is able to conduct its mission to enhance our government client competitive advantage through partnerships with the S&T Community, Research Labs, Commercial Entitles and across DoD. This individual must be familiar with both FAR Based Contracts and Technology Transfer and Transition Agreements like CRADAs, OTAs, PIAs, etc.
