Job summary

KSA Integration is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist to lead the SOW/PWS writing cell for MCICOM facilities projects across MILCON, FSRM, and demolition portfolios. You will ensure documentation reflects technical requirements and complies with FARs, DFARS, and DoW policy, reviewing all outputs before Government submission.

The role requires coordinating with government contracting staff, mentoring writers, and supporting IGCE inputs, with an anticipated start upon contract award (Q4 2026)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, acquisition management, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and quality-review SOWs/PWSs for MILCON, FSRM, and demolition projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and program management teams to capture requirements into acquisition-ready language.
• Quality control review of all cell outputs prior to Government submission, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Serve as primary Government point of contact for acquisition documentation status and priorities.
• Mentor and guide mid-level writers; manage cell workload to meet monthly delivery targets.
