Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) seeks a Senior Acquisition Training Lead to develop and maintain training materials, manage the LMS, and deliver courses. The role requires translating DON/DOW policy updates into engaging training for staff.

The position is full-time with 70% telework and 1–2 days in the Washington, DC office. JST offers a full benefits package and a strong culture focused on growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• DAWIA Level II or equivalent contracting certification.
• Minimum 10 years as a DOw contract specialist (1102).
• 5+ years in adult learning, knowledge transfer, and course prep within 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Create acquisition training material and desk guides; manage training database.
• Operate LMS and deliver training; analyze class feedback.
• Digest policy updates and develop concise, applicable training materials.
